Quailty Quality Quality. My 2008 Toyota prius was involved in a accident. Of course it was my fault since I Rear ended aner car. I was so sure that my car would not be the same since the repairs were well over $6000.00. But 2 years later and 25000 miles my car is just as good as it was before that fateful day. We are totally satisfied with the repair of Sharon's MINI. In fact, we both feel you exceeded any of our expectations. We are not even sure how you could improve your service and concern.
The technical quality of the work appears excellent, but it was the additional customer service that impressed us the most. The flowers were a lovely touch, and detailing the car before delivery made the entire experience outstanding.
Of course we will not hesitate to recommend Prestigious to anybody we know needing auto body work.

Hi Kelley,10/2/2008 I just wanted to pass along my thanks and appreciation to the crew at Presitigious! I had a portion of my car repainted last week and your shop did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, the day after I picked it up, someone scraped the side of my car, right on the part that had just been repainted!!! I came back to the shop and Johnny offered to have the bumper scratches buffed out at no charge and fixed the dent for a minimal cost! The car looks fantastic once again!
I really appreciate how friendly the staff is and am impressed by the quality of work.

My name is Heather and I am a repeat customer at Prestigious Auto Body and Painting. My first experience with the business was wonderful. My car had been hit one Easter Sunday on the way to church and when we got our car back from this shop, it looked like nothing had happened. Everyone was so friendly there too. I have recommended this business to many of my friends who have needed auto body repair.
I met an angel (a.k.a. Johnny Rivera) today. I had recently backed into my driveway and hit the curb pushing the front fender into the passenger door. I PRAYED my husband wouldn't see. I'd rather go through well...anything than tell my husband there is a repair needed. Nothing stresses me out more than having to tell him something is broken, doesn't work and most of all if I caused it. I just can't tell you how stressful it is.
So I thought of Prestigious and called to see if I could get an estimate and maybe be able to pay for it myself before I had to face the music. I get paid $200. a month cleaning houses and I checked my account to see what I had left until October. I prayed to God he would help me with this and he did.
Johnny Rivera came out to help me and I briefly told him my plight.
He was very kind to me and said, let's see what I can do. So my three kids and I waited for no more than 15 minutes and back came my van like new!!!!!!
Not only that, he did it free of charge (I hope that doesn't get him in trouble) but he was such an answer to prayer and I wanted to let you know how thankful I am and to tell you what that meant for me for him to do that.
I thanked God boldly and loudly as I cried happy tears on the way home. My kids heard me say there are still angels out there in the world and we met one today named Johnny Rivera.

The color match is so good that even a trained eye would have great difficulty in determining if there had been any re-painting. I've studied it in different lighting; morning, evening, etc and the match looks really, really good.

"Rene, It is with great please I am writing this note to you. I want to tell you a story. I just bought my 1st car on my own
(building credit). No dad, no husband (just divorced). Six days after I got my sweet PTCruser the winds blew a
large limb down and hit the back of my car. It was heart breaking to find it the next morning, but little did I know
the struggle I was about to deal with. Called my insurance and the city of course (their tree limb) I was a new client (they kept calling me new business??)
with All State they didn’t have me in the system yet. I waited and waited for days to have things begin, all the while
driving around with a broke back window (police said it was ok when I filed a report). I did pursue hard with the insurance company. Than I called Prestigious and Kelley Bastian your General Manager answered, she said bring in your car we will help
you get the rental and get with All State and work things out. I was terrified to even consider doing this because I didn’t
know how things work and All State was being so ambivalent. She encouraged me and made me feel confident to trust her,
even as I drove over hesitation returned. When I got there she was great she got me in and out with in no time with a rental.
I got my appraisal today and confirmation authorized by All State. Now I realize that is her job, however having been through so many rude, unhappy and impatient people she was the only
one who gave me relief. I want you to know how valuable that was to me and I wanted to express to you my gratitude.
