Good Morning Kelley, I should have written this some time ago, but as the anniversary of my children’s accident is coming up I wanted to share with you my gratitude for the work that was done on my daughter’s car (three times!!!). Please let Rene know that he has OUTSTANDING employees. Peter was always so helpful and available when I needed answers. Last August 2007, both my daughters were in my daughter Allison’s Isuzu Rodeo with Allison (19 yrs old) driving. They were on the freeway near Las Positas in the fast lane when the car in front of her suddenly swerved. There looming in front of her with no time to react, was a very large leather desk chair. Right smack in the center of the fast lane!! Well, being only 19 with not a lot of driving experience, she swerved to the right and then over corrected. She hit the center divider going 65! Both airbags deployed as soon as it hit the divider (they were both wearing their seatbelts). The car then rolled THREE times, landing on the driver’s side. Thankfully they were not hit by anyone else and they hit no one!! Both of my girls were able to crawl out of the back of the vehicle through the back window with the help of some passers by. THEY WALKED AWAY FROM THE ACCIDENT. Considering that the statistics are high for rollover accidents causing death or paralysis I was extremely lucky!! Even the Firemen & Paramedics were surprised they were able to walk away! As you can imagine, the damage to the vehicle was quite extensive. As Peter can attest to, Allison’s car has been to “see you” several times. Once because she was at a stop light and the car behind her used her as a brake & ran into the back of her car which forced her into the car in front of her, so her car was sandwiched front and back. Prestigious put her car back together. I attribute the fact that both my girls lived through that accident to the incredible workmanship and attention to perfection that Prestigious has. I feel that if I had gone somewhere else to have the work done for the original three accidents she had, the result of the freeway accident would not have been the same!! In a nutshell….THE PREVIOUS WORK PRESTIGIOUS DID ON MY DAUGHTERS CAR SAVED BOTH MY DAUGHTERS LIVES!! I know it! I will always continue to bring our vehicles to Prestigious as your attention to detail, workmanship & customer service are the best I have encountered!P.S. Also, let Rene know that my daughter Allison is his nieces (Miranda) best friend. They both cried together that night!!
